Hey, I'll be the first to admit when I'm wrong....and I'm glad that @Th3InfamousI has patience with me, we talk weekly and help each other....and I royally OVERTHOUGHT and FUCKED THIS UP.....
I've had this K9 and for the FUCKING life of me, I could NOT get the clutch right.....and I own 6 DOGS, have worked on Many, never had an issue......and Eric and I have been going back and forth...and, again, we're back to, KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID (Marc)....I had pretty much reached my limit tonight...and Eric, out of the goodness of his heart, pulled a whole bunch of parts together in KS out of inventory and went through all of it as he would for you guys...... And GOD DAMN I feel STUPID....but, hope you guys learn from this....he figured it out.....
I could NOT get my clutch to adjust right, or keep it from slipping or getting it in neutral because......the 'clip' in the HAND CONTROL was off on the cable????....and I have ONLY @Th3InfamousI to thank for pointing that out.... I SHIT YOU NOT! #30 in the diagram was OFF, not in the right place, not seated correctly and it made my cable 'shorter' and FUCKED my whole clutch adjustment up.....why? because if the cable is 'shorter' if that clamp is off and the ball and ramp is already engaged LONG before you EVER adjust the clutch....FML...thanks Eric...love ya....hope you'll come visit again soon for a dip in the pool......
