custom pegs and foot controls

I just bought new custom foot pegs, but it seems they do not fit my 03 pitbull. Do i need an adapter? or did i buy the wrong size? I thought everything on these bikes were the same basic size.

eddie trotta foot pegs ...seems they only come in female......my thunderheart controls only works with male. Apparently eddie trotta pegs dont come on male version. wtf?

Why not call Eddie? He might have the fix for that. He should know, he was a Big Dog dealer at one time to.

well my bike mechanic is pretty talented. he said he could get them on....but he needs to do some machining on them to make it work....but i called those pegs only come 1 way
