In the event I decide to get custom handlebars made, AND go with the more "normal" Harley style hand controls, would this mean I could ditch one of the modules that's currently a part of my Wire-Plus wiring?
If I understand the Wire-Plus system correctly, one of the modules is just to convert the Big Dog hand control signals to something that the other Wire-Plus module "understands".
Just thinking that if one were to get custom handlebars, then why not go "all out", and replace the proprietary BDM controls with the less problematic Harley style, AND make things even simpler by be able to ditch one more wiring module.
A bit of a reality check here as sometimes my thinking is way off base.
