Knotso, the outlined version in black on a white trailer will look like a negative image, I'd go with the regular "Dog Decal" if your going black. Take a look at the difference.

Revamped the original "Flamed Big Dog Logo", I've learned a few more tricks with these programs lately which lets me do a few things I couldnt before.. I think this looks better that the original version. For those that have ordered the original flame version, if you like this better, I'll give a discount, if you want this version.

Also with more options available, I'm going to redo the add tomorrow, to include some of the new designs and make things less confusing.

i also need a lesson on properly installing these. i have some air bubbles

Glad you like it and it looks great, but your right, needed to be bigger. Wish you were more specific about size and that it was going on such a big spot. I'm working on one for Knotso thats gonna be 22wide x 29 tall, which is the max I could go with this cutter but will have to ship in a tube. I assumed you wanted the biggest that would fit in the envelope.

As for installation, line it up where you want it without the decal touching the surface. Start at the top or bottom, stick the edge of the transfer tape to the surface then using a plastic spreader, credit card or even you hand, squeegee the decal onto the surfaces you lay it on, kind of like rolling the decal on. Never want to just lay the whole decal on and then try working the air out, always have bubbles. Dont know if that was the best explanation, just got home from plowing all night, so I'm running on no sleep.

The easiest way I found to install vinyl decals is to mix a 50/50 water and dishwashing detergent into a spray bottle and spray the surface with mixture and put decal on and center it and squeegee to get all the air bubbles out be sure to leave the backing paper on then once it is in place I use a blow dryer or a heat gun to dry it all out while squeegeeing it once all dry slowly remove the backing paper.

Good tip! I've done the "wet method" before also, does work good and is easier to get all the bubbles out, especially if your not used to applying these kind of decals. Plus it allows you to remove and reposition the decal until you squeegee it on. Dry works great when done right but as soon as the decal touches the surface its pretty much stuck and risk stretching or tearing it if you try to remove to reposition.

Knotso, cutter only cuts up to 28" but vinyl only available in 24 and 30 so 24" is max.

I order my stuff and have it delivered but most post offices have all the stuff available in their lobbies.

Shipping tubes have to be sent priority anyway cause it ends up being more that the 13 ounce max for first class anyway, and saves the $4-5 cost of a tube at staples.

Knots did you get a chance to look at that redesigned original flame design. Let me know if you want that or your original choice. Had to work for 10 hours overnight Saturday so slept alot yesterday, and looks like more snow tonight so I havent been able to do much. Also I'm thinking of ordering a couple big rolls of a few colors for things wider that 10" in the colors. Looking at a regular blue that might be nicer than the Brilliant blue. I'll post a picture and see if you like it better.

Brilliant Blue Vs Blue... After looking at it more, in certain lights, the Brilliant blue seems to have the slightest purple tint to it, unless its just my eyes.

Knotso, kicking around a couple more lettering choices, I'm not happy with the other 2 posted, take a look at these 3 and see if theres one you like better. First 2 are the same font but first one has a space between the S&S 117, second one doesnt, and the 3rd is more of a basic looking font. Personally I think I like #2 but let me know what you think compared to your previous choices. Just want to get it right before cutting.
