8 x 20 Cargo Trailer w/ RV Door & Screen, Awning, Windows, etc. - $6800 (Vancouver, WA)

I have for sale a 20' Pace Cargo Trailer. This enclosed trailer is the 100" wide body which offers a full 8' interior width.
Trailer is 1 foot taller than standard, fully insulated, and complete with RV door and screen, two windows with sliders, 14' awning, and front privacy closet with port-a-potti.
This trailer has served me very well as a "poor man's" toyhauler but I've now upgraded to a real toy hauler so it needs to go.
This trailer is still in very good shape and was built at the factory with the following options:
12" Extra Height
32" x 72" RV Door w/ Privacy window and Screen Door
2 12v dome lights w/ wall switch
50 Amp Power Panel
2 110v Receptacles Inside
1 110v Receptacle Outside w/ GFI
30" x 15" Sliding Window
30" x 30" Radius Window w/ bottom slider
2 Manual Roof Vents
14' Awning
Etc., Etc.
As mentioned above, the previous owners added a front closet area with sliding door. This area contains a port-a-potti and lots of storage space. The area is approximately 30" wide which leaves 17'-6" of available cargo space. This wall could be removed, however, if you needed the whole 20' available.
The trailer also comes with two sets of fold down bunk beds with covered cushions/pads for a total of 4 single beds. The beds are designed to fold up flat above the fender wells. I currently have these removed for additional cargo space but they will come with the trailer and can easily be re-installed if you wanted.
I built a removable rack system that allowed me to haul 2 full sized quads and a 2-seat sand rail in this trailer in it's current configuration.
Trailer has the barn style double rear doors so I also built a heavy duty rear ramp that fits inside the rear of the trailer but is completely removable to allow other loading options.
Also comes with a piece of indoor/outdoor carpet that covers the front 12' of the trailer.
The floor is a vinyl Gray & Black Checkerboard look. There are probably 4 or 5 tiles that need to be replaced. The rest of the floor shows signs of scuffs and scratches but nothing major.
I am including pictures that show what it looked like with the beds installed. There is a cabinet and counter in those pictures that is no longer there.
All four tires appear to still be in good shape and comes with a mounted spare.
I'm also including a 3 drawer storage cabinet, an aqua-tainer, and heavy duty scissor stabilizing jacks.
I also have a brand new (used once) Mr. Heater Big Buddy Propane Heater that I will include for the right price.
