If anybody is on the fence about ordering a cruise-mate, lets see how you feel after hearing my story. I ordered the cruise mate about 1 1/2 weeks ago. After getting it in the mail, I went to install it. I had a little problem with the jig, so I called Tom and he took the time to walk me through it. So then I went ahead and drilled the housing and tapped out the hole. I bet you guys know what I am going to say next. I must have bottomed the tap out and ended up stripping the housing out. Feeling like an idiot, I called Tom.He suggested a couple of ideas. When they didn't work he made me a larger bushing at NO COST. I offered to pay him, this was actually my screw up, but he said no. Anybody that knows anything about running a business is that customer service is the most important thing out there. So when somebody goes way above and beyond, it says alot about their business. This product works great!!! Go do youself a favor and buy it!!!! And Tom if your reading this, THANKS ALOT if you ever need anything, give me a call.

This product is hands down the best add on you will do to your scoot.

Anyone who actually rides further than to the nearest bar can attest to this.

4 of us from 3 diff states attended the Redwood Run in still another state (Kalifornia), and we all had the cruise mate and all used them, making these 500 - 700 mile jaunts easy. Even on an older Pitbull.

Several have rode cross country and will attest to the value of this must have item.

If ya really just have your scoot to show off at the local watering hole, you may not need this fine product, but riders will welcome this item.

i hear you bill. i watched tom install mine at a recent open house and he could have done it with his eyes closed--BUT, i would have made a number of mistakes since it would have been my first. tom is a great guy and i am very pleased with the product, chuck
