The main culprit of the cruisemate is during installation. Never allow any small metal shavings to come in contact with the hand control board. It will short it and cause major issues until cleaned out properly. Other than that, it's a great product.

I installed the Brakeaway lock, it's not a direct fit and took some mods but it works great and it's very well made.

great product and maker I had one part break and he redesigned it and made it stronger and it has been perfect ever since and what a relief to rest that right hand once in awhile

The Cruise Mate throttle control is by far the best on the market, IMHO, and is probably the most popular modification I have added to my K-9.

First thing I put on my Harley. Got rid of the Harley throttle wheel and put on the Cruise Mate. Totally changed my life.
