Cruise Control

Has anyone tried they 'Kuryakyn - Mechanical Throttle Assist' for cruise control? I do not have a throttle control nut on my EFI Mastiff so I cannot use the lever models that control this nut.

Yeah, I took a closer look at the instructions and my first post was irrelevant. Should have read that first. Cruise mate is ordered...

I just bought a threaded knob at the hardware store. works fine.

I had a threaded knob on mine and bought a thumb lever manufactured for an Indian (bought off eBay). It has a small set screw that attaches it to the knob. Had to do 10 minutes of work with a Dremel tool to get it to fit but it works fine.

Never seen anyone brag about having their knob threaded before. I prefer the Cruise Mate.
