Im trying to sell a custom sand drag Banshee, to buy a k-9.Most of it was new last sept. only raced it 2 trips at the dunes (maybe 20 passes.)Its a custom chromally drag chassis +10 extended in the front and +10 in the swing arm, cut fiber glass fenders,frame and fiberglass were painted last sept. Drag alum. torchworks radiator, billet pingel kill switch, billet throttle, stainless brake cable,aluminum jj & a drag axle,new 12 paddle extremw haulers tripple buff on 8" rims.New marvin shaw aluinumm drag shocks (rear set up for about 1" of travel).................................MOTOR= 535 CHEETAH Banshee alky motor.Crank, cases and tranny were bought from another guy, i took to DTR racing in wichita, ks. and told him to make it scream.new pistons,checked out crank, ported cylinders, ported top case,lock up clutch, new billet hinson spring clutch basket, straight cut gears,1-5 overide tranny,tons more.REMEMBER this bike was new last sept. have well over $15,000.00 in it.Im very particular with my stuff, lots of locktite and polish.If your into wanting to go fast in the dunes or your local sand drags this is the bike for you.NOT A WOODS MACHINE!!!!!!!Aprox. 135 hp.Bike has always been properly purged with race gas at the end of the day when running alky.(also has FTZ 39 1/2 mm alky carbs and 12 long pod filters, (nearly new)and dual COI out of frame chrome pipes both out right side.alum. knurled foot extensions....and tons more.Looking to get $8000.00, will sell motor for $5000.00 and rolling frame for $3500.00.If you wanna go fast give me a call STING(ray) (816) 528-5482

no just dune raced it.I figured we used to run alot of diff. tracka around mo. ok. and ks. and you could spend $100 to burn $7 worth of fuel or go back to dune racing and spend $7 gate fee and spend $100 worth of fuel!!!!!but my buddys got out of it and i found a new hobby.........................big dogs!!!!!!!thanks for the complement im trying to get a better pic. up.

Sting I feel your pain, you loose your butt on those things. I had a Krankenstein motor built by K&T Performance that was 840cc and cost a mere $14,000 for the motor alone, and then like an idiot I had to go and have a titanium frame built for it and the list goes on and on but I had over &24,000 in it and sold it for $14,000. Only good thing about it was I did run some 3.60's at the sand drags and blew up a lot of pistons, something about two strokes not liking nitro very well, anyway good luck with your sell.

Its tough right now to sell anything.My bike is BRAND NEW and i cant get 1/2 of what it took to build it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!those krankers are badazz, they pull like a mutha.Theres some guys here in grain vally that have ran krankers for alot of years.the hibdons.Their shat diff. ran.thanks for the replys and yes..............................its fast!.STING(ray)

My first dirt bike was a 1979 tri-moto 3 wheeler(yamaha 125). No suspension. Built the shit out of it(175). I would beat 3 wheelers with the Yamaha 400 motors in them. It was a screamer in Glamis. Hard to keep front end down.Miss those days. Young and dumb. I could only imagine how fun and fast your bike is.

it was quit the rush to launch that bike, kinda like jumping on a gorillas back and punching him in the face.............then try to hang on for 300'. Had alot of good times dune racing the last 10 years................................................I sold that bike this morning.Guy drove from louissianna to kearney, mo.(12 hours). he left there at 5:00 p.m. and showed up at my doorstep at 5:05 a.m. today with cash in hand.He was going to drive straight back.He was going to drive 24 hours in 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(he only wanted to miss 1 day of work.)nice guy, and he weighs about 30 pounds less than i do, i should of sold him a roll of duct tape and a pair of depends, cause hes gonna shit when he puts it to the wood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Ill miss this bike approx. 135 h.p.)not bad for a 535cc 2 stroke......anyway its SOLD! ( 1 step closer to that bad ass BIG DOG!)
