I got the o ring in for the carb yesterday, got it in place today (still a wee big too big it seems but that's what S&S sends) and got everything back together as far as I know. Letting the battery stay on the trickle charger all night then tomorrow I'm going to replace the plugs and see what happens. Hopefully everything fires up and it runs so I can try tuning the carb this time without the crud in the intermediate jet screwing everything up. I stepped up the jets to S&S's basic tuning guide range, and what Curtis recommended of a .031 and a .074.
