Patrick very good to hear that you are alive and with the exception of some pain, and some small injuries that should be able to recover from easily.

Hopefully the get the Dog taken care or a new one all on the back of the SOB in the car and we will be able to ride again soon. If you get back to filling right before to long and want to ride, I can let you use one of mine and we can take another easy ride before it gets too bad.

Keep us informed and my advice would be to touch base with a good lawyer even if he/she may not be formal representation. Should be able to get bike fully repaired or replaced, medical, loss of work and pain and suffering (the always unknown). Plus pull up his driving record in case their is a trend he may have, maybe even see if he had been on cell phone (cell records), all kinds of stuff that may bring out if he was esculated the hazard even more than his stupid ass move.

Prayers for a quick a complete recovery and your quick throwing a leg over the saddle again and back on the open road.

Sorry to hear this Mr Grimm -- very glad that there where plenty of witnesses.

That's the danger of riding here -- the cagers pay no attention, especially in the morning.

You're going to get his address -- we can make his life a LIVING HELL on many levels. Just say the word...
chacha Im glad your on my side! I appreciate the offer for old school justice (scoobas words)
but i guess ill take the new school approach and contact a lawyer. I know a good one. I'll keep you guys posted.

Oh gosh, these stories just knock the wind out of me! So glad you are here with us and it wasn't worse. Praying for your speedy recovery. Thankful that you've got good witnesses!

I'm going to have to disagree with Mark. I was rear-ended in a 5 car pile up two years ago. My friend talked me into using her lawyer husband who specializes in accidents. He got me more money than I could've gotten myself. I never had to talk to the insurance companies, he did everything so I just had to focus on getting well. It's the lawyers job to get them to pay for everything and you don't have to worry about choosing your words carefully.

Thanks Babe, I feel like the nerd in high school that the pretty girl finally talked to.:whoop: LOL how is your recovery comming along?

Damn Patrick, this sucks especially since the weather is getting good for long weekend rides. If you need anything let me know so I can help.

Glad to hear you are still with us.

My wife does not like me riding in heavy traffic. I try and we all should treat and watch everything we see on the road as if they are out to run over us.

Really glad you are going to be ok.
