Crankshaft broken

Hello guys,
I am a happy owner of a 2006 Big Dog Ridge Back. Unfortunately, the crankshaft broke off. Can you help me buy a used engine for this model? The engine is the 117" version. What do you think about the use of the 124" engine ?

Engine swap

Hi all 2005 big dog chopper right side drive. Has anyone done a engine swap on a chopper right side drive using something other than stock 117. Like a Evo or Rev tech etc. Where there any major hurdles Thanks

124 s&s is going to run you around 9000.00...you can get a ultima 120 124 or a 127 for right around 5000.00..

Used engine is going to be no less than 3500.00 and thats alot $$$ considering you dont know what you got in the end

Should bolt right up. Same engine, the 117 is a detuned 124
