Counter shaft or whats it called broke

Looks like it broke off at the shifter pawl/shifter shaft. That will more than likely require the transmission to be taken apart with the main & counter shaft being removed to get to that shaft.

Looks like the shifter pawl weld may have broke? I had it happen. Follow the YOUTUBE vidos from Bert Baker. The shifter pawl is the LAST part to come out of the transmission case. Its not a hard job just pay attention to details n take a lot of pictures during disassembly.
