What is the correct clocking for the hand grips, especially the throttle at idle? (both sides)

Shouldn't they both be the same at idle.

I got new grips and I don't think the ones on there now are right. So need a better reference point.

The part of the throttle where the cables attach should be between noon and 1 o'clock, if you are looking at the end of the bar. You need about 90 degrees to move from idle to full throttle. Earlier than noon, and you won't be opening the throttle the whole way. The left grip can be set where ever it needs to be to match the right grip.
Circle should be facing you in the seat so center of circle at 3 or 9 pm, depending on how you are looking at it.
