From what i have read here i don't believe they do, however I think the wiring for them may be in place.

Some came with them preinsalled some did not, but all of them came with the wiring already in place for them. Takes a specail socket to install them and remove them though.

if you have a clear/white plastic bulb in the middle of the head, you have them already. if not, you don't have them but, it is pre-wired for them.

Yes they are prewired but not installed on the 03

No, the 03's were the first from what I remember.

Thanks Ray just thought I'd check since the rockers have the holes in the center.
