Completely Dead Ridgeback

I have a 2006 BigDog Ridgeback. The bike has ran great and hasn't had any issues as of yet. Yesterday I went to start it and it was completely dead. When turning the ignition key there are no lights (speedo, head light, signals etc), or any click noises. I instantly assumed it was the battery and ran out and bought a new one. Well that wasn't it, so I checked all the cables / ground and everything looks good. Any advice where to go from here or am I about to be a member of the elite rewire / replace the ECM club.

Jiggle the key switch, or unplug it and jumper it with a paper clip, and is everything dead with the new battery?

Everything is completely dead with the new battery. I did jiggle the key, I will try to jump across it tomorrow with a paper clip. Thanks for the idea! I'm hoping it's something simple like the ignition switch or the breaker. I'm not really crazy about the idea of replacing the ECH.

did you have the battery charged when you bought it? batteries right off the shelf are rarely at anywhere near full charge. also, not a bad idea to have it load tested even though it is "NEW". heaven forbid if a new battery isn't worth a shit.

Fuse?? No light or anything would make me think fuse. Or start unplugging connectors one at a time to see if anything will come on?? The EHC does ace a power indicator light, I believe??
Sounds like ignition or fuse to me??
