Compensating sprocket

I hope someone can help me! I am trying to get a new compensating sprocket for my 03 Mastiff. I cant find out where to buy one. I had a Harley Tech that told me it had to be for S&S because they have different splines. Is anybody aware of that? I hope someone can help!

Its the same the inner shaft is longer though if I recollect

I need the whole compensating sprocket. Sprocket, shaft extention, cam,nut and cover. Jp said they would have to order one, that they wouldn't keep it in stock. Is it just my bike that has ever had this problem cause I have read about it a lot. Contraversy about whether or not to go with a solid sprocket? Truth is my bike is out of service until I can fix this and I am supposed to be doing a ride with some buddies soon.

Just went through this with the stator on my bike. The S&S splines are the same as Harley's, however they are machined to a much tighter tolerance. Compu fire makes 2 different stators for the 32 amp charging system the 55600 for Harley motors and the 55650 for the S&S motors, and I believe as stated that they are slightly longer as I needed to add a shim to the stator on my bike. If you were considering a belt drive in any way this would be the time to do it.

Yes I needed a .165 total thickness shim behind the stator.

Shawn...I'm curious as to what's defective on yours....no worries....I have a spare, complete setup off my 03 pitbull has about 3000 miles on it in great shape...e-mail me and make me an offer...need to get you back on the road ASAP.

I bought my comp sprocket off E bay
from Shovelheadkicker
just make shure it has the right offset

Tim, my post is about a stator and rotor. I did happen to get a new Comp spring and cover assembly because that blew up but offset does not play a part. How does it play a part with the sprocket? You just need the correct number of teeth. See my link above and you can see what I bought. Thanks for the input...
