Nut came loose for the 2nd time in a year did the red loctite thing and torqued it down as much as I could

In the service manual it says to use a Flyswatter tool to hold the hub while tightening it, has anybody heard of this tool

I have no idea what a flyswatter tool is, but my question would be, how tight is "as much as I could" if you don't have a torque wrench borrow or buy one.

Could this be a spellcheck mistake? (When Auto-correct is Incorrect) I wonder if it was meant to be FLYWHEEL? If so, I believe there are several types of Flywheel tools available.
