Does that mean you are prepping for Sturgis?

Love my loud exhaust :2thumbs:
My niece is getting married early august, Sturgis is not in the cards this year.

Wow
They look awesome .
What are you running now ?
Why the change ?

You can remove your horn now . I don't
think you will be needing it !
Super Trapp Mean Mothers, had them since I bought the bike new. Love the looks of the FSD pipes. I plan to start blacking out my bike somewhat and wanted something new, plus it's a great reason to get a new air cleaner. :2thumbs:

Short story about FSD... I bought a set of Sinfuls a year ago for my K9. Love them. Did a little thread at the time with pics and some praise for FSD. End of story. EXCEPT that several weeks ago the wife had a "mishap" in the garage and one of my heat shields ends up dented! #@%&$#!! After I could breath again and my voice returned to a pitch that humans can hear I said "Honey, can you please be a little more careful?" Then l called Frankie at FSD and, long story short, he sent me a new heat shield... And WOULDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! These are good people.

As far as "how loud?"... I did before and after when I installed mine last year:
My Before was V& H 2x2 with baffles, which topped out right at 90 decibels.
After installing the FSD Sinfuls, the max was ~100 decibels.... so +10 db.
It is a noticeable increase, but definitely not too loud for me.

Just for you Franco
How many stiches!

You didn't slice your finger open on those pipes ,, Ay? They look great but the point looks like a slicer ? {{ Tired of stiches myself }

And with those pipes would I have to do anything but hook em up? Like re-jetting carb? { 107 }

I want to hear them as well? I never did get my horn to work after re wiring way back when ,, maybe an excuse to just forget about the horn all together .

Ray

They do look great !

I did cut the tip of a finger off on a table saw once. Lol

I plan on getting the bike dyno tuned, just haven't bothered yet.

Looking forward to retirement
Tim, very interesting. With my custom Ear Plug business I have a DBL meter. I put a DBL meter on my MB Medusa's which for all practicality have a few more turns but basically these pipes. The DBL at 800 rpm is 75 DBL at 5000 RPM doing the Dyno we were hitting 225-250 DBL the good news is with the sweeping bottoms and the placement of the pipes the wind noise is louder than the pipes at 70mph
