So just sort of finished up on replacing clutch went from 12 plate to 9 and replaced ball ramp,cable and release bearing going to have to do some adjusting. Neutral hard to find cant ride it cause of weather but tightened all bolts to specs but when put inspection cover on spec said 9ft lbs my wrench may need calibrated dont know. snugged bolts diagonally then torqued and pow corner broke off cover. After looking why did they design primary where corners touch at bottom but not at top?

I believe that was a common issue on the earlier inspection covers, The newer ones are made a little beefier.
