clutch squeal

I have an 2005 Bigdog chopper and ever since the dealer put a new clutch basket and plates in my bike, I have a slight annoying squeal under pressure, if I let off the gas it goes away, if I pull in the clutch, it goes away, I called my dealership and they said to take 2 thousands off of the clutch rod, if it continues, they will give me a new one, that is slimmer,a bigdog service bulletin, and it will be under warranty, anyone else had this issue..

I got a 2005 and I changed my pushrod - the old looked worn and some of the original '05 pushrods were the wrong size and shape and my old one was adjusted to pretty much 2 complete turns out - If I were you I would get Nelson to order you a new one - $35 can't go wrong - I didn't have any squealing though - is your clutch slipping?
