Clutch Shim???

I've been hearing a squealing kinda noise coming from my primary lately. I only hear it when I twist pretty hard. I thought my ears were playing tricks on me with all I've heard about belt squeal. I finally broke into it today and this is what I found. Is this indication that I need a clutch shim.
Also, I've read that the shim is 1" ID, 1.5" OD, and .010 thick. Can anyone verify these measurements. I think I can make one faster than I can have one shipped. I've got a ride coming up this Friday. Thanks in advance.

I have a new one from Baker in the garage and went and put a mic on it for you.

It's 1" ID, 1.375 OD & .048 thick.

P.S. My understanding is they are hardened.
