Clutch shim

Looking for a size of shim for new bandit clutch alignment on an 05 bulldog all I can find on here is 1"inside diameter nothing on outside diameter or thikness baker not being much help will try them again on monday but if anyone can help I would be greatfull thanks.

Are you talking about the shims on the trans main shaft between the motor plate bearing and the clutch basket?

The one behind carrier bearing to keep it from scrapping the inner primary cover. I hope I'm describing it right. I think it is sticky that shows a picture of it in the how to section.does that help?

I have a spare. Yours (free) if you want it. Just PM your mailing address. I don't have a set of mics to check thickness, but compared to a set of feeler gauges (eyeballing) looks around '050" thick.

I should add...This is the shim that Big Dog added starting in '06 from service bulliten. I used one on my '05 for the stock clutch. I believe it is the same for a Barnet? Someone chime in if this is correct. Don't want to mail him the wrong one.

Devin... I confirmed (reading over prevoius threads), the shim I have is what you need it was supplied from Baker for the '05 and later models. Still same as before don't have a mic but looks approx .050" Yours if you want it.
