Clutch question 2006 Mastiff

I’m old, with arthritic hands. I’m trying to reduce the clutch pull pressure. I’ve pulled the clutch cable, cleaned and greased it. Not really any easier.
My question is - would a brand new cable help? Is there anything else I can try before I sell it.

It's very possible that a new cable will be easier. When you get the new cable , lube it too. If you don't know, here's the place to get a cable.

Get the EZ pull ball and ramp. It will make a big difference. The 08 and later bikes came with it. You can get it from Barnes Performane, Baker, or wildsteedworx.com.

Absolutely agree with Matt. Get the EZ pull from Baker. Pretty sure they have them in stock. If not Barnes Performance Cycles.

You could also remove 3 springs, taken out via a triangle pattern (if applies).

Thanks everyone for the advice! I had the Baker -ball and ramp EZ pull installed along with a new clutch cable and the different is amazing. It is about a 50% reduction in pull. Love riding the bike again.

Nobody suggested going to a 9 disc versus 12 disc......wife took my 9 and I took the 12......happy wife, happy life........
