Well its just about winter time up here in Ohio, getting bored lol.. I was looking around at thing on the scoot that I could improve, Anyhow my clutch lever since day one has always been a bit loose and sloppy, I took it all apart, Im thinking there should be some sort of washer or something in there to keep it nice and tight? Or did the person who owned it before me lay it down and bend the casing? Doesnt apper to be bent in any way however I could be wrong.

Well I don't know about your clutch lever....but I agree with winter on its way! We had snow / sleet this morning. Nothing major but a little sneak preview of whats to come. You from Cleveland area?

If its loose adjust the cable. Manual says to remove slack to a 1/16th" if I remember correctly. Easy fix.

Deven mine is the same way I've been thinking that there is a spring flat washer missing from it. I think I'm going to mike the gap and make a couple neoprene washers, one for each side of the lever to take up the gap with about 10 thousandth's clearance to get rid of the rattle. Not to tuff of a job for anybody. Good luck.
