Clutch hub nut

Hi Guys can someone give me the torque values for the clutch hub nut and the best type off locktite to get this nut to stay put.Did BDM do some sort off amendment on this if so does someone have it fittzy@bigpond.com

Torque to 180ftlbs back off torque to 150ftlbs.
Use Loc-tite clean and prime on male and female threads and Hi Strength Red Loc-tite applied to both male and female threads.
Don't diddle around once it starts going together or the loc-tite will go off on you and you will have to do it again.
Use an impact driver to get the nut tight fast and then get right on it with the torque values.
Make damn sure the washer is Grade 8 Heat treated through.
Any other washer will collapse and the hub will start moving over time even though the nut is tight.

Baker has the newer hardened nuts and the washer available as well. 150ft/lbs is good. I would give it 24 hours for the Locktite to fully cure before riding.

I agree give it time to cure, don't just slap the primary on and fill it with oil and crank it over

Manufacturer recommends 24hrs so why not just do it especially on trouble items

If you use the loc-tite clean and prime, which you should use on any fastner that you use loc-tite on, you don't have to wait for anything.
You actually have to move your ass because the primer makes the loc-tite go off.

what an experience the nut had only just come loose thank god it didn't destroy anything else
