Clutch cover and cable

my clutch cable snapped this last weekend with just under 10k miles on my 2003 Husky. After searching this forum it sounds like its pretty common but it looks like most of the info is for later model bikes, i think i can figure out how to replace it but ran into what may be a problem so i wanted to check before i start pounding on things. here's a pic of where im at;

so after removing these bolts the cover should come off right?

Also if anyone knows where to get a new one that would be helpful, it measures out to 61" at the shortest with about another inch of adjustment (housing length)
