Hey Steve.... I had the cable snap once in 13 years of ownership for my 2006 K9. Below is a thread you might have already read but this one deals with a variety of issues / adjustments and after market products (Easy Pull) that can assist in reducing the amount of force required for the clutch pull.... Hope it helps...I notice that there a lot of people say they cave clutch cable problems. Some sat take a spare with if possible. Is there a defect here? I know the clutch seems stiffer than HD
