I just don't trust it and would like to either obtain another one, or one that might be an exact fit but of better quality. I am looking for a direct bolt in. The protective clear insulation would be nice as well. Your thoughts? Where to buy? Manufacture Brand?

Barnett still has specs on most Big Dog models. Call them and give them the model and year and they'll send you an exact duplicate. They are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Both Donna and Curtis has them. Always keep a spare handy, on longer trips I bring one despite the fact I lube mine and haven't had one go yet.
