Clear covers for pegs, grips, etc

I have the spiked black chrome pegs have had them for about 3 months and they are already all scratched to hell and my feet keep slipping off the pegs there isn't anything there to keep them up there, i was thinking of doing something like this also just for the fact my feet might stay on the pegs and not slide off

OK. I am going to jump into the deep end on this one.
If you want to cover your pegs and shifter/brake, get some clear heat shrink tubing and go to town.
It will allow you to cover the valleys without the air gap.
Now for the record, I am very fussy about my rides. If someone messes them up I get pissed. If I mess them up I am like oh well, I paid for it, it's mine to mess up. Stuff that happens on the road is a character mark IMHO.
But to each their own.

I have the tribal set also, must admit grip on hands is not the same as with the stock and rubbed ones.
With the foot issue, i havent worn cowboy boots (non rubber sole) since ive put em,and let me tell ya I loooove cowboy and exotic boots! but with the bike ones HD and Dr Martens is ok!
Ps. I do love the look of these mean tribal pegs! So cowboys boots only with the truck or car!

Why am I not surprised that somehow, someway, you would find something perverted or demented in my "wrapped" pegs. You are one strange dude who I would definitely like to meet someday.........in a brightly lit room full of witnesses.. er.. I mean people.:lol::2thumbs::lol:

well i will chime in about the feet slipping on the pegs,i have stated on here before,mine were slipping big time since i am a short guy,go head :lol:so my legs are stretched out and i cant put a lot of pressure on the pegs,so what i did was i went to the local sporting good store and got some track shoe cleats,they look like little spikes,i put 2 per peg spaced them out and no more slipping,watch out wearing sneakers :lol:no dont ask for pics i dont have any at this time
those who have meet me know.. I'm really cool... just keepin things going here...:lol: its all good...:2thumbs:
