Shovelcowboys analogy is very clear and relevant.

I have a handfull of friends with porsche's, though most are track cars and they are on many forums. I asked one this morning what his forums are like and he said the ones he is on are just like this forum and his gixxer forum. Says "People having a good time, much like most forums" and wants to know specifically what site you are on. He also tracks a beamer and says one site is calm and boring and a couple are laid back. He will provide the sites if needed.
So yeah, if you could, specifically, what porsche site is as you suggest?

Paul is absolutely correct, many in our society are quick to yell law suit or play the blame game, and never understand the concept of personal responsibility, nor will they take any.
I have a GT3 the ultimate track only but road legal Porsche. I spend time on sixspeedonline.com. People don't bitch, but discuss shortcomings, issues and improvements. Most folks on the site understand what they have and don't view as anything other than a toy for fun that needs more maintenance than their a jetta TDI. So you are 100% correct with what you said and, BTW, which is why my dd is a VW touareg v10 tdi. Utility and reliable.

I'm ok if folks want to discuss issues and get help from folks with experience but the whining is unnecessary and won't fix a thing.

Yearly repairs? Thinking of selling - 986 Forum - for Porsche Boxster Owners and Others

Yes some people say fix the 986 yourself and you will save money, but no one was a complete dick like so many on here love to be.

Shovelcowboys analogy is fucking retarded. If let’s say 20% of the park benches fell apart when someone sat on them, like let’s say 20% of big dogs either have ECH issues or tank liners falling apart, or voltage regulators catching fire rendering them unusable, that would be more of a comparison. Not one splinter in an ass.... Get a life. Sometimes bringing attention to flaws saves people. Let’s say Porsche had a voltage regulator issue and the cars burst into flames and people with balls stood up and voiced concern to the company and they were forced to fix the issues instead of producing potential fire bombs. I personally believe BDM was aware of these flaws and continued to produce an inferior product, for whatever reason. How could they not have known? They have reports of service and warranty work. I am about ready to believe that this site is full of BDM plants that rally to make people feel guilty for thinking their bike sucks every now and then.

I agree Paul is absolutely correct. Maybe BDM should have taken some personal responsibility as well.
I think if you are going to use the 986 as an example you should refer to it as the wife's boxster.

Ok. I don't give a shit turd about lawsuits or people bitching about their bikes not working right. Welcome to the fucking jungle. Nobody out here wasn't aware of what the fuck a Big Dog is/was/or would be when they signed on the dotted line.

What urks me more than anything is any reference to anything other than the issues on BIG DOG Motorcycles. Who gives a fucking two god damn's about Porsche reliability/dependabilty or model maintenance on a Big Dog Motorcycle website.

Stay focused! I don't pat myself on the back and mention how fucking hung I am JUST because I have a venue to communicate on. So enough about fucking worthless lawsuits and Porsche's. Damn....my big dick is itchy.
