good luck....hope you have a big ass bank roll to prove he knew it presented a hazard, oh and a dumb azz attorney who is going to spend countless hours fighting a company which is history...You fail to understand bk laws...if you have a claim, you must file by said date which is publicized for all to view.

You stand a better chance trying to win powerball.

Then even if this was to get some traction, I under how much the lawyers for BDM would want to see any doms that owners did and changes that were outside original stock OEM that can be twisted to cloud the issue.

YOu know stuff that may have touched the electrical whatsoever from igntion, HID, LED lizard lights, higher rated bulbs, acessory plugs, non OEM sized Voltage regulators, etc, etc, etc. Not saying they caused EHC failures but a good lawyer would want to see full history to see if customer did anything that may have effected EHC.

Rocky and I both have the wire plus. Her EHC failure was caused by the wires shorting under the fender when the tire rubbed them. I changed my EHC out while it was fully functional. There have been EHC's fail and cause accidents, but like Fibersnake said, were any modifications made that could have caused the failure. I think your dog is barking up the wrong tree here.

Don't forget the polygraph to verify you knew that big dogs could have electrical problems, but you bought anyway.
