They should, but I don't know for sure. Bolts will line up, but don't know about cable lengths.

They aren't in great shape, lots of swirls and scuffs. If you still want them, shoot me an offer. Not sure what shipping would be, $15-$20 UPS I'd guess.

Only problem is that the 360 brake company is going out of business. Wonder if you would be able to get parts, adapters, pads etc.

Pads can be relined. The rest will likely need to be custom made if it ever came down to that. Beyond the caliper itself, the rest of the adapters/brackets need to be fabricated anyway.
