Well having moved to AZ recently I have been doing some local rides. Unbelievable scenery out here and all nearby. This morning six coyotes howling like hell about 50 yds from the house woke me up. I should have grabbed the gun...I mean camera.

I just purchased a digital camera last night so here a few pics I took of the backyard and quick scoot around the neighborhood.

Here's the backyard.

then there were some hot air balloons overhead. I have seen alot of them in this area.

Then a quick trip down a dirt road (to see where it would go). This road is about two miles or so from the house.

The bike has been making some strange noises so I will be taking it into a local custom shop tomorrow. Just want it back quick so I can continue to explore. These pics are pretty much the backyard area, and I know there are some phenomenal scenic rides nearby.

temps have been in the 70-80's throughout the morning and climbing into the 90's by afternoon, evening. However, with the lack of any humidity if feels pretty good. Riding at night is great. The temps are still in the 80's or 90's but it actually feels cool. Perfect T-shirt weather and enjoyable riding.

Bruce, Find yourself 89a in Az It will be all the scenery you can handle. A few of us just went out there and rode from phoenix to Jerome, Sedona and Flagstaff and up to the Grand Canyon. Enjoy it out there. I want to move there so bad

Bruce, down the road in Tucson, try to make it out to Kelli's Ride down here on October 6th. A ride I started to honor my late wife and benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. We're hoping to have Brett Michaels ride with us this year. We do a great run into the saguaro national monument. Check the web page for some pics.

Hey Bruce,
With those "sweeper" Big Radius pipes, you no doubt created a big'ol dust cloud! Glad I wasn't riding behind you! Still waiting on the chrome plating to be done so I can start putting the PitBull back together (just in time for the real heat and monsoon humidity)
Sounds like you are venturing out and checking it out - most of the riding now is at 5-7am or after the sun has set.
Coyotes, Bobcats, scorpions, rattlers and mountain lions...we are living in their territory...
