Check your front tire

Every one needs to pay attention to their front tire, lot has been said about the back tire but not the front. I was out cleaning the bike looking every thing over when I saw this all the way around the tire.

This shit is getting old with Avon. I've replaced three F ing rear tires in less than a year and now the F ing front, what's it going to take? Someone to die before this shit gets resolved. I just put a Metz on the back, now I'll be putting one on the front. I'm pissed off :angry: Every one look close at your tires. I don't want to see anyone get hurt with the piece of shit Avon tire.

Good eye and thanks for the heads-up....wish we had more choices. I'm still running a Dunlop on the front for 3 seasons now. 3 Avon rears in a bit under 20k miles...:bang:

Thanks for the heads up I'm going on a long ride in about 2 weeks I'll check them out good before I ride.. I deal with tires everyday thats my job and I see alot of problems come up with them it's dangerous enough with cars but with a bike you don't have a chance.

Heading out tomorrow afternoon for a SE Ohio, W Virginia, Penn weekend. but i think i will look again at that front tire...:2thumbs:
