Tru dat! Those mf'ers not only screwed up my bike but charged me for fixing their screw up! Wouldn't release my bike until he was paid 5.5 hrs for a 3 hour job. When I got my bike, the clutch was flapping, my full gas tank empty and my battery was dead. They obviously didn't even test ride it. No apology either when I showed them. So, I stopped payment! The guy was stupid enough to text me that he would kick my ass if he saw me out. Now THAT's customer service!

where do you get your work done? or should i say, where did you get your work done?

Nevermind, i read the rest of the thread, i took my bike to showstoppers when i first bought it (3 years ago) and haven't been back since. now i take it to crossroad cycles in rio rancho. i've heard good and bad things about them, but they've always treated me well. what i like about them is that they let me hang out in the shop while they work on the bike...i'm able to see everything they are doing. i think their labor is $80 an hour. luckily i'm not in there very often.
