Chain sloppy

Make 4 equal spots with a magic marker on a link. Mark a stationary mark on the gasket cove side of the inner primary. So you can see who is tight and who is loose at 4 points of the chain.

Then, take the loosest mark back to 12 o'clock or that stationary mark so you can adjust the chain that way so it won't hit. Go 180 or to the opposite link or mark and see how tight that side turned out to be?

If you can play a tune off that taught kind of chain, then back off of the adjustment until there is some kind of compromise. How do you remove the high spot? New sprockets and chain. Not a new chain alone or guess what? Wasted money that new chain starts slapping faster.
