Ok was wondering if someone could help me here i was told to pull the little black plug screw below the choke knob on the bottom side of carb i did that and fuel did come out wich they told me it wouldnt and rideing it was undriveable it just coughed all the time, so i put it back in and it ran fine. Now i sent my carb to XXX carbs they redid my carb and when he sent it back he left that plug out also what is the reason for taking it out i found it didn't work that way for me last time so i put it back in again. any help on this topic is much appreciated thanks.

If you are talking about your Bowl vent plug you may need to remove it depending on the type of AC you are using.

Go to the S&S site and download the Carb Manual about 30 pages and Free and it will enlighten you about many things one being Bowl vents. :)
