Carb/Jet help

Had a 2005 Pitbull shipped from Florida to Colorado. Idles rough, need to keep giving gas or will stall. Enricher keeps it idleing, but will eventually stall. I know from sea level to Colorado the jets most likley need changing, I do not know what are in there now. Smells "rich" if that makes sense....Also has the "cone" style air cleaner, if thats a concern .My question is what size jets should I start looking for to purchase? And where to get them.....Also any other items I need to take care of in reguards to the move to high altittude? Would Like to learn as I go, so thanks for any help...

Start by running idle screw up a little. How does it run when hot? How old is the gas that's in there? Is the gas premium grade? The cone shouldn't make any difference when bike is idling. You should also see if you can tune in it with the mixture screw first before re-jetting. The link above that HMAN posted is a good starting point.

Also what condition are spark plugs in?

Thanks guys, Iwill start with these and post. I printed the carb adjust from the s&s site. Gas is new/premium. I will also pull a plug.

Sounds way rich but that would make sense with the altitude change. Try closing down that mixture screw at idle. I bet you can go at least a full turn in without any stumble.
