Quick question does the flange shine up got I can’t get it to or should I wet sand the edges and face then polish

Its alumimum, it will polish out. They are rough so a good cloth wheel n rouge will help get them there in the easist fashon.

They're metal. You may be able to get a so-so shine, but they will rust.
