I have seen a few "How to" on Carb jetting and relocating the rear breather line. What are those blue hole filler plugs and where do you get them?

you must be talking about the ones that come with the Doherty Power Pacc....

I got a small bag of them at Autozone in the vacuum hose section. They come in multiple sizes and colors.
