Carb adjustment still not right

The rear tire seems aligned. The check we did was rotate the tire and see if the belt tried to walk over on the front pulley, and also the tire-to-belt clearance. When I spun the wheel backwards the belt walked to the outside of the front pulley, but normal direction it went back to the middle and stayed there. Clearance between tire and belt was consistent also. So I did not change the actual alignment. I did have to add about 3/4 of a turn on the adjustment screws to tighten the belt.

I just noticed, however, that the outside edge of the new belt is worn. The belt is positioned on the outside edge of the rear pulley.
Your still not tracking true. Anytime the belt walks in either direction your off. It could be a motor-trans alignment issue so adjust it to where you can live with it for now..... we can get into alignment after BBBQ. You n wifey ride safe!

:) Thanks man. That's really what I had planned. I should be in no danger of making it there & back and I can compare notes with you guys there.

Can somebody bring their belt tension tool ?

I guessed at the lbs pressure and measured with a ruler.

Measured and both appear to be the same. But if outside edge is rubbing, seems like i need to move the left side of the axle closer to the front of the bike. Is watching the belt track while rolling the tire off the ground a good test ?

Put 135 miles on her today. Man, was it great to be back in the saddle. Seemed to run great.

Plug color definitely changed.

Front plug has front of motor in background. Rear plug has rear in background. Also have 1 pic of the dust accumulating on the rear wheel from the belt. Realized now the root cause of this problem I've always had.
