No, the pack is sold as a whole unit. Fibers and steel plates. So the bike does move a little? Did you check to make sure the main shaft is not broken?

Just a quick tip, when you torque the clutch hub nut, but the bike in gear and set the tire against something solid like a wall or the wheel of a car, then torque it. Makes it a one man operation, you can do it while sitting on the bike.

Harley primary oil....if the main shaft was broke wouldn't the clutch hub be loose
If the main shaft is broken you would be able to push the bike while it's in gear. Also if you were to start it up, put it into gear and let the clutch out then it would not move at all. If it's a clutch plate issue then it should still move a little. It must be really bad if it slips so much that it hardly moves. Your sure the clutch is adjusted right? 1/4 turn after light bottoming of the pushrod? Also you want an 1/8" of free play at the lever.

I am having the same problems, I just order new steel plates and fibers from Energy One. The bikes clutch started slipping ajusted the pushrod as stated in the manuel and the clutch would not fully engauge. Installed the new plates and fibers tighten down to 20 ft./lb.s adjusted the clutch leaver and it was tight. The only thing that I can see that is changed is that the spring has no movement in the clutch, Iam not even a shade tree mec. but this is all that I can see that might be the cause any help would be apprieciate.

When my nut came loose the clutch didn't slip. It wouldn't release. The clutch rattling around on the main shaft screwed up the splines on the shaft. It also stripped out the splines in the clutch hub. Instant lack of forward motion!
