What rpm is the engine running? If you are just letting the engine idle while in 2nd gear it may jerk back and forth due to slack in the primary chain. I usually idle mine up a little if I am just rolling around the beach or in town.

After I change the EHC for the wireplus the lights of the rpm keeps rolling from green to red in the 1 and 2, when I give gas and go round 60 miles/hour it begin to function normally.I try to adjust it but no changes.

If you are in 2nd gear and its jerky...... You must be going pretty slow. Put her in 1st and cruise a little higher RPM.

I try it in 1 but when I give a little gas it begin to jerk back and forth
I just put the laptop on the ignition module ( thunder heart) these are the sttings with the engine starting
engine speed: keep scrolling between 800-900 rpm
front cyl spark adv: 15.00 deg
rear cyl spark adv: 15.00 deg
dwell: 4.10 deg
vehicle speed: 3.12 rpm
base ignition timing 15.00 deg
peak engine accel: 864.00 rpm/s
peak engine speed: 16368.00

First thing i'd check if it's jerking back and forth in 1st gear is the primary chain adjustment.

I adjust it but keep doing the same.but it not only in the 1 of 2 gear, when I go from 4 of 5 to lower gear it do the same.at a harley shop they told me to change the carburetor.
they said that the engine is to big 117CC for riding in a small island.is that true?

Dude, as suggested check your primary chain. Several members here ride there bikes on Hawaii and all of us ride in town. Nothing wrong with your carburator being to big or small. And keep the rpms up, idle should never fall below 1000 rpm on these motors or you could possibly suffer from oil starvation to the motor.

at what level should I set the primairy chain
Check out the "How To" section on servicing your Big Dog. It'll have all the info there and it's posted here in lots of other places. Easy to do

Maybe upgrade to an automatic and kill 2 birds; no herky jerky and pain free wrist

mine ain't the smoothest under 30 either. If you are travelling at less than 1000 rpms you shouldn't be, as already said. Sounds like you might be lugging to the extent of almost stalling and that's bad for your engine. Going to a Mik 48 sounds a bit extreme - that's a very big carb normally reserved for race set up engines

Primary Chain Slack Adjustment - 5/8" to 7/8"
With engine fully warmed up set engine idle with idle screw, that's the screw on the left side of the carb where the throttle cables are to 1000 to 1200 RPMs. When riding the bike keep the RPMs above 2000 don't lug down the engine.
