Did they come on the bike new or did you add them?

Their was a switch over in 06 from the TP to the S&S. Also is your top spring retainer solid or does it have holes drilled arounf the perimeter?

Came that way from the factory. They have holes in them

The local stealer has changed out some like that. Has the retanier that is standard but only had two springs. The true .640's are triple springs. The 05's
and some early 06's had a triple spring (my 05 did) but the third/interior spring was actualy a flat wound dampener. I don't beleive it was made by S&S, retainer also did not have the holes in it.

Give S&S a call and tell them what ya got they will help ya out. I've always had good luck with their tech dept:2thumbs:

The only way to go:2thumbs: Unless you got the balls and cash to go with the 640 and the zero interference.

Got the balls but not the cash. I wonder if there is a way I can make the cash with my balls
