Caliper spring / clip.... Where to buy?

Had my rear spring shoot to the moon yesterday and damned if I can find it. Where can I find another and will another bike Mfg. clip work i.e. will an HD clip work in our calipers?

Not sure if HD will work, but if you can't find one, holler. I have a couple extra's. Be happy to drop one in the mail.
