I'm not sure if this is a technical question or not, but i didn't know where else to ask this. I have 2 wires/cables hanging form under the throttle. They both move freely up and down and side to side. Is this normal? If not, how do I fix them?

Yes those are your throttle cables, yes they are suppose to move freely side to side. If they are popping out of your control block, they will need to be adjusted.

Yup, as already mentioned. They are fine.

If TOO loose adjust them....but not too tight as when your turn your handle-bars it might open up your carb (Idling, if you know what I mean.)

I'm glad you asked. Mine does the same thing. I assumed there was a retainer clip or something missing. I'm learning.

They do have a little circlip on them to help stay in the control, if it comes all the way out the clip may have come off
