Hi guys. I checked the oil level on my motorcycle and saw that it was less. I poured a little bit to the lower level of the filler neck. Check the air filter there is no oil, check all connections and gaskets are all dry, measure the compression of 12 bar-which is very good! I started and warmed motorcycle engine . The smoke from the muffler is not. Where would the oil go away? I fill in synthetic oil Motul 20v50. And you add oil to the engine?

how long has it been since it has been cranked? if quite a while, sometimes the oil will bypass the pump a little and drain into the crankcase. since you have already added to the oil tank, check the level after the engine has warmed up and see if the level is now high. if it is, drain a little out until it is at proper level.

Exactly! Check when engine is hot--full operating temperature. Shut it off and wait for one or two minutes, then check the oil as Woodbutcher says.

Thanks guys, but I check the oil every day in the same position in the same conditions on a cold engine. Oil has always been on the lower level filler cap. Yesterday level has become a little less. I started the engine, which would pump shook the oil and returned it to the oil tank. The level was still lower. I washed the grid in the oil pump. What could it be?

Is the bike burning oil? Do you see smoke coming out of the pipes?
Is what I first thought but he states there is no smoke coming out of pipes....

If that was the case and it did burn some oil... could that be ascertained by looking at the spark-plugs?

about the only thing left is the oil is going out the breather straight to the ground. try putting on a puke can to see if it collects anything.

I took off and took the carburetor breather pipe. They are absolutely clean and the air filter is clean.

I had the same issue a couple months ago. I park mine on carpet in the garage so I never noticed any oil under it, but I did notice that the shocks had oil drips on them one day. I jacked the bike up to get a good look underneath. I found that two of the oil lines from the tank had been rubbing together and frayed the wire braiding. The frayed wires then punctured the rubber inner portion. When I went to remove them they actually split nearly in half. Now I had become complacent about checking the oil because it had never moved so it hadn't been checked for a while. I drained about 1.25 qts. out when I changed the lines. From the condition of the lines I am thinking I was less than 100 miles away from a catastrophic failure so needless to say I have renewed my routine of checking everything before a ride. Don't know if you have the same issue but it is important to inspect everything on your bike.

Hello friends. Nothing helps. I once again checked all. Again the oil below. Can the oil does not return to the oil tank? Why can not the oil back into the oil tank? I clean the filter return flow of oil.

Hello. I wrote on the S&S cycle and I was given the answer that the ball in the oil pump can not sit. What do you think? And how to check a ball?
