As I sit here working on my clutch I'm starting to think, if I were ever to a point where I could afford to buy another bike, i'd have to be after something with service available -- its getting harder and harder each tiem for me to work on this, body's going downhill fast in my retirement (early). Just had to use the impact wre to remove some bolts that last time I laughed at with just a 3/8 wratchet.
And just broke the pins on the snap ring pliers to boot trying to get a snap ring off.

I love the chopper but it just really isn't a great long haul bike.. and I ride the shit out of it. Still think my next bike will be more for comfort and not so much on style. Once the kids are done with college and wide glide or Indian may be on my list.. also I have always had a thing for hot rods and would love a chevelle or camaro one day..

I think if I were to get a different bike it would be one that I don't have to spend all day cleaning it. Just jump on and ride. Rain or shine.

You'll never win POTM if you end up on a roadglide or even a Indian.
