Building a luggage rack?

I am wanting to build my own luggage rack. I would like to attach it to the sissy bar in the same manner as the one from BDM. Anyone got any ideas on where to get those style clamps. I can fabricate and weld the rest. If not maybe another idea on how to attach it.

Try searching McMaster Carr for some ideas. They seem too have a lot of things for do it yourself stuff.

If you can build the rack and the bar, why not just weld it solid?

Make a bar without the rack if you think you will want to swap them out.
